5月25日，市衛生局召開20xx年全市醫政醫管工作會議暨“三好一滿意一創建”推進會，在短短的一周時間里，*醫院就組織召開了醫政管理暨抗菌藥物專項整治大會，全面傳達和落實全市醫政工作會議精神，簽署抗菌藥物專項整治責任書，這種認真、踏實的工作態度是值得肯定的。

大家都知道，醫院就是向人們提供醫療護理服務為主要目的醫療機構，所以醫院的中心工作就是“以病人為中心”的醫療護理工作，醫院管理的重點、核心就是醫政管理，只有把醫政工作做好了，醫療質量、醫療安全才有保障，如果醫院醫療質量搞不好，那醫院就沒有了生存的“靈魂”。

20xx年醫政管理工作要點已經印發到各家醫院，現在我就醫政管理的重點工作提出三點意見：

一是要規范醫療行為，提高醫療服務質量。現在醫療管理正逐步向規范化、標準化發展，抗菌藥物專項治理、臨床路徑管理、偉德子病歷試點、門診預約服務、處方病歷點評、醫院感染管理等等，都有標準、都有要求，規范醫療行為的第一步就是要學習標準、掌握標準，在具體的醫療服務過程中科學、合

理地使用標準。

今天會議的重點之一是抗菌藥物專項治理，xxx令第84號《抗菌藥物臨床應用管理辦法》將于20xx年8月1日實施，其中“抗菌藥物臨床應用知識和規范化管理偉德和考核內容”，提到名稱的法律、法規、規章和規范性文件有9項，有《藥品管理法》、《執業醫師法》、《抗菌藥物臨床應用管理辦法》、《處方管理辦法》、《醫療機構藥事管理規定》、《抗菌藥物臨床應用指導原則》、《國家基本藥物處方集》、《國家處方集》和《醫院處方點評管理規范(試行)》，還包括抗菌藥物臨床應用及管理制度、常用抗菌藥物的藥理學特點與注意事項、常見細菌的耐藥趨勢與控制方法和抗菌藥物不良反應的防治等4大項內容，國家和省分別設立抗菌藥物監測點，對違法、違規人員進行被稱為“史上最嚴厲”的處罰，“警告或者責令暫停六個月以上一年以下執業活動;情節嚴重的，吊銷其執業證書;構成犯罪的，依法追究刑事責任”。我希望**醫院的抗菌藥物整治工作不能只停留在會議上，要逐條、逐項學習、領會各項規范的精神，規范醫療行為才成為可能。

二是要繼續強化“三好一滿意一創建”活動，持續提高人民群眾的滿意度。要緊緊圍繞讓廣大人民群眾滿意這個目標，著力提升醫療服務水平，持續改進醫療質量，大力弘揚高尚醫德，進一步解決醫療衛生服務和偉德作風中存在的突出問題，為保障人民群眾健康權益、推動醫改順利進行、促進社會和諧
