文檔概述目的創建，修改，顯示工藝路線，便于安排生產計劃、生產報工和財務核算成本。前提系統已經完成工作中心和該產品物料的設置。處理流程列表流程編號操作名稱J1.01維護工藝路線操作部門及角色操作部門角色工程部IE生產三部工時維護人員背光部工時維護人員流程J1.01維護工藝路線業務流程此流程描述根據計劃和生產的需求，在SAP系統中維護工藝路線的過程。系統操作路徑－維護工藝路線（在工藝路線中）路徑SAP菜單后勤生產主數據工藝路線工藝路線標準工藝路線SAP事務碼CA范例創建/修改/顯示工藝路線：生產二部SRL-128160G-221W-1成品組裝工藝路線情景1－創建工藝路線進入SAP菜單主界面，點擊進入工藝路線的維護界面：點擊，進入創建工藝路線的界面：點擊物料欄的，進入物料選擇界面，點擊。進入以下界面，選擇所需建立工藝路線的產品SRL-128160G-221W-1點擊工廠欄的，進入工廠選擇界面，選擇所需建立工藝路線所在的工廠：CX20晨興電子工廠。按回車鍵，進入下面界面：在用途欄輸入1，在狀態欄輸入4，在檢驗點欄輸入100點擊上圖，進入以下界面：在工作中心中，對應0010欄點擊，進入以下界面，點擊進入下一個界面后，選擇工序0010所在的工作中心：2001生產二部工作中心。（根據你所建立產品的工序選擇對應的工作中心）在控制碼中，對應0010欄點擊，進入以下界面：翻動滾軸，選擇ZCX3（若改工序不是必需要報工，則選擇ZCX1）：在描述中，對應0010欄，對該工序進行描述：成品裝配。按回車鍵，翻動滾軸。在機器中，對應0010欄輸入該工序標準機器工時250，單位S；在工時中，對應0010欄輸入該工序標準人工工時250，單位S。在工作中心中，對應0020欄點擊，進入以下界面，點擊進入下一個界面后，選擇工序0020所在的工作中心：2001生產二部工作中心。（根據你所建立產品的工序選擇對應的工作中心）在控制碼中，對應0020欄點擊，進入以下界面：翻動滾軸，選擇ZCX3（若改工序不是必需要報工，則選擇ZCX1）：在描述中，對應0020欄，對該工序進行描述：質檢。按回車鍵，翻動滾軸。在機器中，對應0020欄輸入該工序標準機器工時60，單位S；在工時中，對應0020欄輸入該工序標準人工工時60，單位S。在工作中心中，對應0030欄點擊，進入以下界面，點擊進入下一個界面后，選擇工序0030所在的工作中心：2001生產二部工作中心。（根據你所建立產品的工序選擇對應的工作中心）在控制碼中，對應0030欄點擊，進入以下界面：翻動滾軸，選擇ZCX3（若改工序不是必需要報工，則選擇ZCX1）：在描述中，對應0030欄，對該工序進行描述：成品包裝。按回車鍵，翻動滾軸。在機器中，對應0030欄輸入該工序標準機器工時15，單位S；在工時中，對應0030欄輸入該工序標準人工工時15，單位S。備注：該產品在生產二部只有三道工序，其他產品需要根據實際生產需求增加或減少工序數量。雙擊工序，進入以下界面：翻動滾軸，進入重疊界面，點選要求重疊；在最小交叉時間欄輸入10S；在最小發送數量欄輸入1。字段名字段值字段說明重疊要求重疊同一工單下，對該道工序加工時同時也可以對下一道工序進行加工最小交叉時間10s該工序加工10秒后可以傳入下一道工序進行加工最小發送數量1該工序加工1個后可以傳入下一道工序進行加工點擊上圖，進入以下界面后點擊進入重疊界面，點選要求重疊；在最小交叉時間欄輸入10S；在最小發送數量欄輸入1。翻動滾軸，進入質量管理：檢驗點界面，點選無聯系后，點擊保存按鈕，該工藝路線創建成功。情景2－修改工藝路線進入SAP菜單主界面，點擊進入工藝路線的維護界面：點擊進入更改工藝路線的界面：點擊物料欄的，進入物料選擇界面，點擊。選擇需要修改工藝路線的產品SRL-128160G-221W-1。點擊工廠欄的，進入工廠選擇界面，選擇工藝路線所在的工廠：CX20晨興電子工廠。刪除組欄里的數字，按回車進入以下界面，按創建該工藝路線的方式對許要修改的地方進行重新設置：情景3－顯示工藝路線進入SAP菜單主界面，點擊進入工藝路線的維護界面：點擊，進入以下界面：點擊物料欄的，進入物料選擇界面，點擊。選擇需要修改工藝路線的產品SRL-128160G-221W-1。點擊工廠欄的，進入工廠選擇界面，選擇工藝路線所在的工廠：CX20晨興電子工廠。刪除組欄里的數字，按回車進入以下界面，就可以見到所需要的參數。
