1、PPE ManagementPPE管理程序1.Introduction介紹Personal protective equipment (PPE) is minimum protection to personnel in an event of incident. This procedure outlines the general requirements for managing the PPE and provides site wide standard on PPE related system. All areas and all DSPC staff shall follow

2、this procedure to ensure the realization of company safety objectives.個(gè)人防護(hù)用品是在事件發(fā)生時(shí)對(duì)人員的最起碼防護(hù)。本程序概述了個(gè)人防護(hù)用品管理的一般要求，并提出了涉及人個(gè)防護(hù)用品相關(guān)體系上的全廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。所有區(qū)域和所有DSPC員工都要遵守本程序，以保證公司安全目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。2.Purpose目的PPE is a secondary protection for employees when engineering or administrative controls are not sufficient to protect e

This procedure provides general concept on the requirements for hazard assessments in the workplace, selection of PPE, training on PPE, proper use of PPE, store and maintenance of PPE, certification and data records. 在工程或管理控制不能充分保護(hù)員工時(shí)，個(gè)人防護(hù)用品作為員工的第二保護(hù)用品。本程序提出的基本概念要求，有工作場(chǎng)所危害評(píng)定、如何選擇PPE、PPE的培訓(xùn)

4、、正確使用PPE、PPE的儲(chǔ)存和維護(hù)。3.Procedure程序3.1Hazards Assessments危害評(píng)定3.1.1Each area shall conduct a workplace hazards assessment every year, the document shall be approved by Plant Manager and kept in file. Assessments or reviews must be applied to all work areas. It shall address following items每一區(qū)域每年要對(duì)工作場(chǎng)所的危

5、害進(jìn)行評(píng)定，文檔要經(jīng)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理的批準(zhǔn)并存檔。評(píng)定或復(fù)審要適用于所有工作區(qū)域。應(yīng)有以下幾點(diǎn)。· Area/section name 區(qū)域/部門名字· What kind of potential hazards will have in the area區(qū)域內(nèi)哪種潛在危害· Whether PPE is required, and if so what kind of PPE is required for each job or each employee. If the assessment concludes that there are no hazards

6、requiring PPE, it still shall be kept in document. 是否要求PPE，如果是，每項(xiàng)工作或每位員工應(yīng)穿戴哪種PPE。若評(píng)定斷定沒(méi)有危害需要PPE，在文檔中仍要保留。3.1.2 The hazard assessment can take the form of a process hazards review (PHR), standard operating procedure (SOP), checklist of tasks, etc.危害的評(píng)定可參考PHR、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序、工作檢查表等等。3.1.3 The PPE requirement o

7、r the result of the Hazard assessments shall be posted in the area and/or written in specific job procedure. PPE的需求或危害評(píng)定結(jié)果要張貼在區(qū)域內(nèi)和/或?qū)懭刖唧w的工作程序內(nèi)。3.2 Selection of PPE type for area/task適用于區(qū)域/任務(wù)的PPE品種的選擇3.2.1 On completion of the hazard assessment, the correct PPE should be chosen. Consideration should

Training records must be reviewed periodically by area management to ensure no work chan

Training must address the

26、工。3.6 Store & Maintain 儲(chǔ)存&保養(yǎng)3.6.1 Store and S&OH have the responsibility to set up a proper OP&OQ so that the plant can provide adequate PPE to personnel when it is necessary.倉(cāng)庫(kù)和安衛(wèi)部有責(zé)任設(shè)立合適的OP&OQ，以便工廠能及時(shí)提供足夠的PPE給需要的人員。3.6.2 All PPE should be stored in a proper place and in a prope

27、r way to avoid of dirty, missing or being damaged. 所有PPE應(yīng)該以合適的方式儲(chǔ)存在合適的地方，以避免弄臟、丟失或損壞。3.6.3 Every employee is responsible for cleaning and maintaining his/her PPE. Any abnormal and damage should be reported and relative maintenance should be performed.每位員工有責(zé)任清洗和保養(yǎng)他/她的PPE。要報(bào)告任何反常的和損壞的PPE，并進(jìn)行相關(guān)的維修。3.6.
