1、房屋租賃合同House Leasing Contract甲方(出租方)乙方(承租方)A (Lessor)B (Tenant)聯系電話:聯系電話:Phone Number :Phone Number :出租方與承租方于2013年月915日雙方協商一致,就以下條款達成協議。The Lessors with renting the side achieved consistently to the following provision inSept. 15, 2013.#1. 甲方同意將康營家園 7 區 1 號樓 1 單元 1002 室及其設備良好的狀態下租給乙方。Party A agrees t
2、o Room 1002, Unit 1, 1 good condition to party B.Area 7 of KangYing community, and equipment2. 租賃期自 2013 年 9 月 15 日至 2014 年 9 月 15 日,屆時本合同自然終止Lease since Sept. 15, 2013 to 2014, Sept. 15, 2014, when the contract is the automatic termination.3. 租賃期滿,甲方有權收回全部出租房屋,乙方應如期交還。乙方如需繼續承租,需在本合同期滿 50 天前,向甲方提出書面

5、automatic retreat hire.6. 在本合同有效期內租金不予調整。The rent in the contract within the effective date will not be changed.7. 押金。乙方同意支付 1 個月房租計人民幣叁仟元整作為押金(押金由居住人自行支付) ,自本合同簽定日支付與甲方。合同期滿,乙方如不再續租,甲方應在十天內(在乙方將全部電話費,水電費和煤氣費付清后)將押金反還給乙方(不計利息) 。The deposit(Without interest ).Party B agrees to pay a month rent as a d

10、n reject.13. 承租人(乙方)責任:乙方應按照本合同條款規定支付租金,押金及其他費用。如有拖欠, 則作違約處理,租賃期內未經甲方同意,乙方不能轉讓其所租房屋,私自轉讓無效。Tenant responsibility(Party B): The tenants should according to contract provision rental payment,other deposit and expenses.
