6.Confidentiality

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

8.ThirdParty'sLiability

8.1ThirdPartyshallbesolelyresponsibleforanydamagesorliabilitiesarisingoutofitsperformanceorfailuretoperformtheWork/SupplyunderthisContract.

8.2ThirdPartyagreestoindemnifyPartyAandPartyBagainstanyclaims,actions,damages,orliabilitiesarisingoutofitsperformanceorfailuretoperformtheWork/SupplyunderthisContract.

9.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
