被保險人可隨時書面通知保險人注銷本保險單，保險人將依照短期費率計收保險生效期間的保費。保險

人亦可提前三十天書面通知被保險人注銷本保險單，保險人將退還被保險人從保險單取消之日起未滿期限的

按日比例計算的保險費。

Theinsurancemayatanytimebeterminatedattheoptionoftheinsurer,giving30days'noticetothateffectbeing

givingtotheinsured,inwhichcasetheCompanyshallbeliabletorepayondemandaratableproportionofthe

premiumfortheunexpiredtermsfromthedateofthecancellation.

Theinsurancemayalsoatanytimebeterminatedattheoptionoftheinsured,givingimmediatenoticetothateffect

beinggivingtotheInsurer,inwhichcasetheinsuredshallbechargedonashortperiodpremiumfortheexpired

termsfromthedateofinception.

保險期限終止之前，本公司可提前60天書面通知被保險人本公司不虛報本保險單。通知必須按照本公

司得知的被保險人的最新地址，派專人或由合格的郵遞部門送至被保險人。

TheReinsuredtherebyundertakestoadviseReinsurersoftheoccurrenceofanyaccidentwhichmaygiverisetoa

claimhereafterassoonastheythemselvesaremadeawareofit,andinsucheventwillcooperatewithReinsurersin

thedefenceorsettlementofsuchclaimandinnocaseshalltheReinsuredmakeanyadmissionofliabilityunderthe

originalpolicywithouttheconsentinwritingoftheReinsurershavingthefirstbeenobtained.

共同被保險人條款/Joint-InsuredClause

共同被保險人條款

鑒于組成被保險人之各方當事人為獨立的、不同的實體（不管本保單條文中是否有任何相關約定），各

方當事人的一切權利也應被視為獨立的，如同他們各自持有保障其各自權益的獨立保單一樣。任何一方未能

遵從、履行或遵守本保單的條款或條件，不會導致本保險單其它各方的權利受損。

對本保險單項下的任何索賠或保單明細表列明的自負責任之外的索賠，本公司將放棄向被保險人任何一

方或其董事、代理、雇員或其他保單追償的權利。

AsallthepartiescomprisingtheInsuredoperateasseparateanddistinctentitiestherightsofeachofthepartiesinall

respectsshall(notwithstandinganythingcontainedorimpliedhereintothecontrary)betreatedasthougheachofthe

partieshadseparatepoliciesfortheirrespectiverightsandinterests.

Notwithstandinganythinginthepolicytothecontrary,itisexpresslyunderstoodandagreedthatthefailureofany

Insuredpartytocomplywith,fulfillorobservethetermsandconditionsofthepolicyshallnotprejudicetherightsof

anyotherInsuredpartyorpartiesunderthepolicy.

TheCompanyherebyagreetowaiveallrightsofsubrogationoractionwhichtheymayhaveoracquireagainstany

ofthepartiescomprisingtheInsuredortheirdirectorsagentsoremployeesortheirinsurancearisingoutofany

occurrenceinrespectofwhichanyclaimisadmittedhereunderorwhichbutfortheapplicationofanyRetained

LiabilitymentionedintheScheduleofthispolicywouldbemadehereunder.

ItisfurtherprovidedthattheIndemnityshallnotapplytoajudgmentororderobtainedinthePeople'sRepublicof

Chinafortheenforcementofajudgmentobtainedelsewhere.

經雙方同意，當發生保險責任范圍內的損失，估損金額超過本保險合同中載明的相應金額時，可以指定

即通知保險人，并支付從風險增加之日起至保險期間屆滿之日止期間可能的額外保險費，否則保險人不承擔

PolicybeyondtheamountoramountsforwhichtheInsurerwouldbeliableiftherehadbeenonlyoneInsured.Any

breachofaconditionofthisPolicybyanyInsuredshallnotaffecttheprotectiongivenbythisPolicytoanyother

財產險2000年問題除外責任條款

本條款”2000年問題”系指，因涉及2000年日期變更，或此前、期間、其后任何其他日期變更，包括閏年的

計算，直接或間接引起計算機硬件設備、程序、軟件、芯片、媒介物、集成電路及其他電子設備中的類似裝

置的故障，進而直接或間接引起和導致保險財產的損失或損壞問題。

本公司對由于下列原因，無論計算機設備是否屬于被保險人所有，直接或間接導致、構成或引起保險財產損

失或損壞由此產生的直接損失或間接損失不負賠償責任：

1）不能正確識別日期；

2）由于不能正確識別日期，以讀取、存儲、保留、檢索、操作、判別、處理任何數據或信息，或執行命令和

指令；

3）在任何日期或該日期之后，由于編程輸入任何計算機軟件的操作命令引起的數據丟失，或不能讀取、儲

存、保留、檢索、正確處理該類數據；

4）因涉及2000年日期變更，或任何其他日期變更，包括閏年的計算而不能正確進行計算、比較、識別、排

序和數據處理；

5）因涉及2000年日期變更，或任何其他日期變更，包括閏年的計算，對包括計算機、硬件設備、程序、芯

片、媒介物、集成電路及其他電子設備中的類似裝置進行預防性的、治理性的、或其他性質的更換、改變、

修改。

本保單所載其他條件不變。

occurringbefore,duringorafterYear2000.

TheCompanywillnotbeliablefordirectorindirectlossordamagetopropertycausedbyreasonsbelow,whether

suchcomputersystembelongstotheInsuredornot:

i)unabletorecognizedatecorrectly;

ii)failtoretrieve,capturesave,retain,search,manipulate,interpretorprocessanydataorinformationorcommand

orinstructionasaresultofunabletorecognizedatecorrectly;

iii)lossofdata,failtoretrieve,capturesave,retain,searchorprocessdatacorrectlyasaresultoftheoperationof

anycommandwhichhasbeenprogrammedintocomputersoftwareinanydateorafterthatdate;

iv)unabletocalculate,compare,differentiate,sequenceorprocessdatacorrectlyasaresultofchangingthedateto

Year2000oranyotherdateincludingleapyearcalculationsoccurringbefore,duringorafterYear2000;

v)anyimplementedorchangeormodificationofanycomputer,hardware,system,chip,media,integratedcircuit

andotherelectricaldevicefbrpreventative,remedialorotherwiserelatingtochangingthedatetoYear2000orany

otherdateincludingleapyearcalculationsoccurringbefore,duringorafterYear2000.
