PartyBshallhavetherighttorefusetooperateifPartyAcommandstheoperationinviolationofrulesandregulationsorforcesPartyBtorunrisksinoperation;PartyBshallhavetherighttorequirePartyAtorectifytheactsofPartyAendangeringthesafetyofhislifeandhealthorreportsuchcasetothecompetentdepartments。Article6SocialInsuranceandWelfare6.1PartyAshallhandletheproceduresforsocialinsuranceforPartyBaccordingtolaw,andthepaymentofsocialinsurancepremiumshallbegovernedbythelaws,regulationsandrulesregardingsocialinsurance。6.2IfPartyBissickorsuffersjob-unrelatedinjury,PartyAshallprovidethemedicaltreatmentperiodandmedicaltreatmentinaccordancewithrelevantprovisionsoftheState。6.3IfPartyBcontractsanoccupationaldisease,orsuffersjob-relatedinjuryordeath,PartyAshallhandlethecaseinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulationssuchastheLawonPreventionfromandTreatmentofOccupationalDiseaseandtheRegulationsonJob-RelatedInsurance。6.4PartyBshallbeentitledtolegalholidays,annualvacation,marriageleave,maternityleaveandfuneralleave,etc,accordingtolaw。Article7LaborDiscipline7.1TherulesandregulationsformulatedbyPartyAaccordingtolawshallbemadepublicandnotifiedtoPartyB。7.2PartyBshallconsciouslyabidebytherelevantlawsandregulationsatthelevelofState,provinceandcityandtherulesandregulationsformulatedbyPartyAaccordingtolaw,complywiththeoperationregulationsinsafety,besubjecttothemanagementoftheCompany,andcompletehisworkingtaskstimely。7.3PartyBshallconsciouslyabidebytheprovisionsonfamilyplanatthelevelofState,provinceandcity。Article8ChangeThisContractmaybechangeduponagreementreachedbybothPartiesthroughconsultation.AnychangeofthisContractshallbehandledinwriting。Article9Revocation9.1PriortoexpirationofthisContract,anyrevocationofthisContractbybothPartiesoreitherpartyinadvanceshallcomplywiththerelevantprovisionsofthelawsandregulations。9.2Iftheconditionsonpaymentofeconomiccompensationaremet,PartyAshallpaytoPartyBtheeconomiccompensationaccordingtolaw。9.3IfthisContractisrevokedbybothParties,PartyAshallprovideawrittencertificatetoPartyB,andtimelyhandletherelevantproceduresforrevocationofthisContract。Article10Termination10.1UponexpirationofthisContractorsatisfactionoftheconditionsonterminationofthisContractasagreedbybothParties,thisContractshallbeterminated.Incaseofsuchtermination,PartyAshallprovideawrittencertificatetoPartyB,andtimelyhandletherelevantproceduresforterminationofthisContract。10.2IfbothPartiesagreetorenewthisContractuponexpirationofthisContract,therelevantproceduresshallbehandledwithin30dayspriortoexpirationofthisContract。Article11LiabilityforBreachofContract11.1PartyAsliabilityforbreachofcontract:。11.2PartyBsliabilityforbreachofcontract:。Article12DisputeResolutionAnylabordisputebetweenbothPartiesshallberesolvedthroughconsultation,failingwhich,itmaybesubmittedtotheLaborDisputeMediationCommitteeoftheCompanyformediation,oritmaybesubmitteddirectlytotheLaborDisputeArbitrationCommitteeforarbitration.Incaseofnoobjectiontothearbitrationaward,bothPartiesmustperformtheaward;shouldtherebeanyobjectiontotheaward,eitherpartymaybringalawsuitinthepeoplescourt。Article13OtherMattersRequiredtobeAgreedbybothParties:TheinformationontheclientsandthebusinesssecretsoftheCompanyshallnotbedisclosedtoanythirdparty。Article14Miscellaneous14.1AnymatternotcoveredbythisContractoranytermshereofinviolationoftheapplicablelawsandregulationsshallbegovernedbytheapplicablelawsandregulations。14.2ThisContractshallbebasedonthefollowingrulesandregulations。i)TheLaborContractLaw;and,ii)therulesandregulations(orthePersonnelManual)issuedbytheCompany。14.3ThisContractshallbecomeeffectiveuponthedatewhenitissignedorsealedbyeachparty.Alterationorsignatureforeitherpartywithoutwrittenauthorizationshallbenullandvoid。14.4ThisContractshallbeexecutedinquadruplicate,ofwhichPartyAkeepsthreeandPartyBkeepsone。PartyA:(seal)PartyB:(signature)Legalrepresentative:____________________________________(Principalresponsibleperson)Date:_________,20xxDate:_
