significantregionaldifferencesintheimpactofpublicinfrastructureinvestmentoneconomicgrowth.Inordertoinvestigatethesedifferencesindepth,thisarticleconductsempiricalanalysisontheinvestmenteffectsofpublicinfrastructureindifferentregionsofChinabasedonpaneldatamodels.我們選擇了全國31個(gè)省、市、自治區(qū)作為研究樣本,時(shí)間跨度為過去十年。數(shù)據(jù)來源于國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局、地方政府統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)和各省市財(cái)政部門發(fā)布的官方數(shù)據(jù)。在變量選擇上,我們采用了各地區(qū)公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資額、地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值、勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),以全面反映各地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。Weselected31provinces,cities,andautonomousregionsacrossthecountryasourresearchsamples,spanningthepastdecade.ThedataissourcedfromofficialdatareleasedbytheNationalBureauofStatistics,localgovernmentstatisticalbulletins,andfinancialdepartmentsofvariousprovincesandcities.Intermsofvariableselection,weadoptedkeyindicatorssuchaspublicinfrastructureinvestment,regionalGDP,laborforce,andindustrialstructureineachregiontocomprehensivelyreflecttheeconomicdevelopmentstatusofeachregion.在模型構(gòu)建上,我們采用了固定效應(yīng)模型和隨機(jī)效應(yīng)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。通過Hausman檢驗(yàn),我們發(fā)現(xiàn)固定效應(yīng)模型更適合本研究。因此,我們運(yùn)用固定效應(yīng)模型對各地區(qū)公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了估計(jì)。Intermsofmodelconstruction,weusedfixedeffectsmodelsandrandomeffectsmodelsforempiricalanalysis.ThroughtheHausmantest,wefoundthatthefixedeffectsmodelismoresuitableforthisstudy.Therefore,weusedafixedeffectsmodeltoestimatetheinvestmenteffectsonpublicinfrastructureinvariousregions.實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示,我國不同地區(qū)的公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資效應(yīng)存在顯著差異。在東部地區(qū),公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的促進(jìn)作用最為明顯,中部地區(qū)次之,西部地區(qū)最弱。這一結(jié)果反映了我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不平衡性,也說明了公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資在推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中的重要作用。TheempiricalresultsshowthattherearesignificantdifferencesintheinvestmenteffectsofpublicinfrastructureindifferentregionsofChina.Intheeasternregion,publicinfrastructureinvestmenthasthemostsignificantpromotingeffectoneconomicgrowth,followedbythecentralregion,andthewesternregionistheweakest.ThisresultreflectstheimbalanceofregionaleconomicdevelopmentinChinaandalsohighlightstheimportantroleofpublicinfrastructureinvestmentinpromotingregionaleconomicgrowth.為了進(jìn)一步探討這種差異的原因,我們對各地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量等因素進(jìn)行了深入分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量對公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資效應(yīng)具有顯著影響。在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)比重較高的地區(qū),公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資效應(yīng)更為明顯。在勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量方面,人口密集、勞動(dòng)力資源豐富的地區(qū),公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的拉動(dòng)作用更強(qiáng)。Inordertofurtherexplorethereasonsforthisdifference,weconductedanin-depthanalysisoffactorssuchasindustrialstructureandlaborforceineachregion.Itwasfoundthatindustrialstructureandlaborforcehaveasignificantimpactontheinvestmenteffectofpublicinfrastructure.Intermsofindustrialstructure,areaswithahigherproportionofthesecondaryandtertiaryindustrieshaveamorepronouncedeffectonpublicinfrastructureinvestment.Intermsoflaborforce,indenselypopulatedareaswithabundantlaborresources,publicinfrastructureinvestmenthasastrongerdrivingeffectoneconomicgrowth.我國公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資效應(yīng)存在顯著的區(qū)域差異。為了縮小區(qū)域發(fā)展差距,政府應(yīng)加大對中西部地區(qū)公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資的力度,同時(shí)優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提高勞動(dòng)力資源利用效率。針對不同地區(qū)的實(shí)際情況,制定差異化的公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資策略,以更好地發(fā)揮其在推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中的作用。TherearesignificantregionaldifferencesintheinvestmenteffectsofpublicinfrastructureinChina.Inordertonarrowtheregionaldevelopmentgap,thegovernmentshouldincreaseinvestmentinpublicinfrastructureinthecentralandwesternregions,optimizeindustrialstructure,andimprovetheefficiencyoflaborresourceutilization.Developdifferentiatedinvestmentstrategiesforpublicinfrastructurebasedontheactualsituationindifferentregions,inordertobetterleveragetheirroleinpromotingeconomicgrowth.五、結(jié)論與建議Conclusionandrecommendations本文基于區(qū)域差異的視角,深入研究了我國公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資效應(yīng),得出了一系列有意義的結(jié)論。在投資規(guī)模上,我國公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資呈現(xiàn)出顯著的區(qū)域差異,東部地區(qū)投資規(guī)模最大,中西部地區(qū)相對較小。這種差異在一定程度上導(dǎo)致了地區(qū)間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的不平衡。在投資效果上,公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,但這種作用在不同區(qū)域之間存在差異。東部地區(qū)由于經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)較好、投資規(guī)模較大,因此投資效果相對明顯;而中西部地區(qū)由于經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)相對薄弱、投資規(guī)模較小,投資效果相對較弱。Basedontheperspectiveofregionaldifferences,thisarticleconductsanin-depthstudyontheinvestmenteffectsofpublicinfrastructureinChinaanddrawsaseriesofmeaningfulconclusions.Intermsofinvestmentscale,China'spublicinfrastructureinvestmentshowssignificantregionaldifferences,withthelargestinvestmentscaleintheeasternregionandrelativelysmallerinthecentralandwesternregions.Thisdifferencehastosomeextentledtoanimbalanceinthelevelofeconomicdevelopmentbetweenregions.Intermsofinvestmenteffectiveness,publicinfrastructureinvestmenthasasignificantpromotingeffectoneconomicgrowth,butthiseffectvariesamongdifferentregions.Duetoitsgoodeconomicfoundationandlargeinvestmentscale,theinvestmenteffectintheeasternregionisrelativelysignificant;However,duetorelativelyweak
