們就要加以重視了，對于此類情況，我會做如下處理：

首先，我會先讓班里的同學安靜下來，運用啟發性教學原則，啟發該生思考，引導他得

出問題的答案。若該生在我的啟發下仍沒有得出問題的答案，我會讓他先坐下，并對他說“你

是不是還沒有想好該怎么說，我們來看看其他同學是怎么想的，好不好”，從而保護學生的自

尊心和積極性，并對該生積極表現的精神給予鼓勵。

其次，課后，我會單獨找他了解原因，如果是因為知道答案但不知道怎么表達，我會幫

助他鍛煉語言表達能力；如果是看別人舉手他也舉手，或者舉手是為了得到老師的關注，那

么我會告訴他老師提問只是為了檢查學生聽明白了沒有，不舉手不代表學生沒有學好。為了

保護學生的自尊心，我會和他約定，會的問題舉右手，不會的問題舉左手，這樣老師就知道

他有沒有聽懂。既保護了學生的自尊心，又有效地解決了問題，同時還能夠及時檢查自己的

授課效果。

再次，我會找到在課堂上哄笑的學生了解情況，詢問他們為什么說出這樣的話，如果是

回答不出問題的學生平時與他們的相處不太融洽，那么在以后的日常教學工作中，我會加以

注意，可以通過成立學習、生活小組的方式，促進學生彼此之間的了解。

后期我會組織一次以“尊重他人”為主題的班會，促進班級內的人際關系和諧以及學生

的全面進步。

我相信，通過這些做法，我的班級當中不會再出現不尊重學生的情況，同時，學生上課

首先我會根據課程進行情況，適時安排學生進行小組討論，趁學生不注意，與家人溝通,

在課下的時候，我會去到辦公室里，詢問家人具體情況。如果是不緊急的事情，我會與
