摘要:灌漿套筒廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑、航空、航天等領(lǐng)域。然而,灌漿套筒中混凝土裂紋、缺陷和腐蝕對結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性產(chǎn)生重要影響。因此,研究灌漿套筒中缺陷的檢測和診斷方法是一項十分重要的任務(wù)。本文基于波動方程,采用有限元分析方法建立了灌漿套筒-Lamb波數(shù)值模型。利用該模型分析了Lamb波在灌漿套筒中的傳播規(guī)律,探討了Lamb波在灌漿套筒中的應(yīng)用前景。研究結(jié)果表明,灌漿套筒中的Lamb波具有較強(qiáng)的穿透性。在散射、反射和衍射作用下,Lamb波的傳播會受到不同程度的影響。此外,混凝土缺陷和腐蝕對Lamb波的傳播具有明顯的影響,能夠通過Lamb波來檢測和診斷。本研究對于灌漿套筒中缺陷的檢測和評價具有一定實際應(yīng)用價值。

Abstract:Groutedpilesarewidelyusedinthefieldsofconstruction,aviation,aerospace,etc.However,concretecracks,defects,andcorrosioningroutedpileshaveasignificantimpactonthesafetyofthestructure.Therefore,studyingdetectionanddiagnosismethodsfordefectsingroutedpilesisanimportanttask.Inthispaper,anumericalmodelofgroutedpiles-Lambwaveisestablishedbasedonthewaveequationandthefiniteelementanalysismethod.ThepropagationlawofLambwavesingroutedpilesisanalyzedusingthemodel,andtheapplicationprospectsofLambwavesingroutedpilesareexplored.TheresultsshowthatLambwavesingroutedpileshavestrongpenetrationability.Undertheeffectsofscattering,reflection,anddiffraction,thepropagationofLambwaveswillbeaffectedtovaryingdegrees.Inaddition,concretedefectsandcorrosionhaveasignificantimpactonthepropagationofLambwaves,whichcanbeusedfordefectdetectionanddiagnosis.Thisstudyhassomepracticalapplicationvaluefordefectdetectionandevaluationingroutedpiles.

Basedonthesimulationresults,adefectdetectionanddiagnosismethodforgroutedpileswasproposed.ByanalyzingtheamplitudeandphasechangesoftheLambwaves,thelocationandsizeofdefectscanbeaccuratelyidentified.Themethodprovidesanon-destructiveandefficientwayofdetectingdefectsingroutedpiles,thusensuringthesafetyandreliabilityofthepilefoundations.
Insummary,thepropagationofLambwavesingroutedpileswasinvestigatedthroughfiniteelementanalysisinthisstudy.Thesimulationresultsshowedthatscattering,reflection,anddiffractionaffectedthepropagationofLambwaves,andthepresenceofdefectscausedchangesintheamplitudeandphase.TheproposeddefectdetectionanddiagnosismethodbasedonLambwavesprovidesapromisingapproachforpracticalapplicationintheinspectionofgroutedpilesInadditiontotheuseofLambwavesforthedetectionanddiagnosisofdefectsingroutedpiles,otherapplicationsofpilefoundationsarealsoimportanttoconsider.Pilesareusedinavarietyofconstructionprojects,frombuildingsandbridgestooffshorestructuresandwindturbines.Thetypeofpileusedwilldependonthespecificrequirementsoftheproject,includingtheloadcapacityneeded,thegroundconditions,andtheenvironmentalfactorsthatmayimpactthepile'sperformanceovertime.
Onetypeofpilecommonlyusedinconstructionisthedrivenpile.Thesearetypicallymadeofconcreteorsteelandaredrivenintothegroundusingapiledriver.Theinstallationprocessinvolvesstrikingthepilewithaweightedramuntilitreachesthedesireddepthorresistanceinthesoil.Drivenpilesareoftenusedinprojectswhereahighloadcapacityisrequired,suchasintallbuildingsorbridges.
Anothertypeofpileisthedrilledpile,whichiscreatedbydrillingaholeintothegroundandfillingitwithconcreteoranothermaterial.Thesepilesaretypicallyusedinsituationswherethesoilconditionsarepoor,andahigherloadcapacityisneededtosupportthestructure.Drilledpilescanalsobeusedinareaswherenoiseorvibrationsfrompiledrivingwouldbedisruptive.

Overall,pilefoundationsareanimportantcomponentofmanyconstructionprojects,andtheirdesignandinstallationmustbecarefullyconsideredtoensurethattheywillprovidetherequiredlevelofsupportandstabilityovertime.Theuseofadvancedtechnologies,suchasLambwavedetectionanddiagnosis,canhelptoimprovethesafetyandlongevityofpilefoundations,andensurethattheymeettheneedsofmodernconstructionprojectsInadditiontothetraditionalpileinstallationmethodsdiscussedearlier,therearealsoavarietyofinnovativetechniquesthathavebeendevelopedtoimprovetheefficiency,speed,andsafetyofpilefoundations.Thesemethodsincludetheuseofprecastpilesthataremanufacturedoffsiteandtransportedtotheconstructionsiteforinstallation,whichcanreduceinstallationtimeandimproveaccuracy.
Anotherinnovationinpileinstallationistheuseofaugercastpiles,whichareinstalledbydrillingaholeintothegroundandthendepositingconcreteintotheholeastheaugeriswithdrawn.Thismethodproducesminimalsoildisplacement,makingitidealforuseinsensitiveenvironmentalareasorwherethereisariskofdamagingnearbystructures.Additionally,theuseofsheetpilesandsoldierpilescanprovideacost-effectivesolutionfortemporaryexcavationsupportandretainingwalls.
Therearealsoemergingtechnologiesthathavethepotentialtorevolutionizethedesignandinstallationofpilefoundations.Onesuchtechnologyis3Dprinting,whichhasthepotentialtoproducecustom-designedpileswithspecificshapesandpropertiesthataretailoredtomeettheexactneedsofaproject.Anotherareaofinnovationistheuseofmachinelearningandartificialintelligence,whichcanhelptooptimizepilefoundationdesignbasedonsite-specificdataandenvironmentalfactors.
Aswithanyconstructionproject,safetyisaparamountconcernwhenitcomestopilefoundationinstallation.Toensurethesafetyofpersonnelandequipmentduringinstallation,appropriatesafetymeasuresmustbeimplemented,suchaspropertrainingofpersonnel,implementationofsafetyproceduresandprotocols,andtheuseofpropersafetyequipmentandgear.
